Standard Process Sesame Seed Oil 60 Perles (Replaces Cataplex T). Here is another product with a very interesting background. The "T" stands for thrombocyte. Vitamin T comes from three primary sources: termites meal worms and sesame seeds. Those are the only sources which contain vitamin T in any significant amount. The first two we ruled out as sources. We use sesame seed instead. The "T" is in the oil. Using a molecular still we concentrate the fraction containing the vitamin T and put it into perles. The product is quite expensive to make since so much of the oil is thrown away in the cold concentration process. What does it do? It's primary effect is to raise the blood platelet count. CATAPLEX T has been reported to be effective in treating leukemia. According to medical authorities nothing is supposed to be effective in treating leukemia -- that's cancer of the blood. We know a doctor in the Midwest who had three children who got over leukemia just by eating sesame butter. He gave them six tablespoonfuls of sesame butter a day. Brown sesame seed butter. That's not a very glamorous treatment for a serious illness but it worked. So we have succeeded in concentrating the T in sesame seeds and putting it into perles. Three perles are equivalent to about six tablespoonfuls of sesame butter. It is much more professional for a doctor to give his patient a bottle of gelatin perles than a jar of butter. Then we had a round with the FDA. They said there was no such thing as vitamin T. I showed them some of our references but they still would not accept it. So instead of calling the product "Vitamin T Complex" we took away the "Vitamin" put the "Complex" before the "T" and called it CATAPLEX T. So that is the formula's name as far as we're concerned. We did the same thing with CATAPLEX F and CATAPLEX G. So CATAPLEX T is a very important product for people with severe blood conditions. A person with leukemia has a very high white blood cell count and a very low red blood cell count. CATAPLEX T builds up the red blood cell count but doesn't do very much for the white blood cell count. You have to eliminate the infection in order to lower the white blood cell count.
3 to 6 perles per day . Best taken on an empty stomach
