Product Description

Chaste Tree contains flavonoids (especially methoxylated flavones), iridoid glycosides (such as aucubin), sesquiterpenes, an essential oil and other compounds which together to relieve premenstrual syndomes characterised by breast tenderness, abdominal bloating, swelling of fingers or ankles and mild anxiety and irritability.

Suggested Use

1 to 2 tablets once daily upon rising, or as directed.
