Standard Process Calcium Lactate Tablets is a source of ionizable calcium, source of magnesium; supports muscle contraction, nerve impulse and blood coagulation. Use for infections, cramps, coughing, insomnia, pregnancy, osteoporosis; is a physiological relaxer and supports tissue and bone repair and hemorrhages. Synergists include Cataplex D and Cataplex F.  For calcium assimulation issues consider Cal Ma Plus.

4 to 12 tablets per day. Best taken on an empty stomach.   Product is also available in powdered form as an alternative to pills or capsules;  makes it easier for infants, children or adults who find it difficult to swallow tablets or capsules.  Powders can be mixed with milk, fruit juices or blended with raw fruits or vegetables to develop a drink that provides vital nutritional compounds in a convenient way.
