Suggested Use

I've been using Methyl-Guard Plus for several months now & it works just as well as the prescription Metanx that I'd been using before my insurance stopped covering it. I went about a year without taking Metanx before discovering this product. I have the MTHFR Gene Mutation, so I cannot process regular vitamin B. I have much more energy & the strong tingling sensation in my foot is almost gone again. Thank you.
